Jumping-jack girl Lola with several joints of articulation.
This model was specifically made for one of my LEGO courses in which kids got the assignment to build their own Jumping-jack figure. Of course I had to design one myself as inspiration and example on how to build one. Because jumping-jack play figures are not so common anymore, I wanted to give this model a retro look and feel. With the use of primary LEGO colours, like blue, red and yellow, in combination with retro clothes, it gives a nice gesture to the past.
The whole construction is fixed on a Technic framework, so it’s rigid and sturdy enough to play with. You can even hang it on a wall for optimal performance.
