Due to a lot of interest for this alternate model, instructions are now available! Everytime it surprises me again how many people would like to build my models and ask for instructions. To meet the request, instructions for my latest Technic model the 42000 Street Rod alternative are now available at MOCplans! Due to the work involved I […]

An alternate of Creator set 5892 Sonic Boom… Set 5892 was already a long time on my wishlist. After I finally got my hands on a copy, it was that time of the year again that many people design Vic Vipers, namely november. So of course I had to build one too as my first […]
This classic Ferrari is my 23rd alternate of set 5867… This time an alternative model based on a real car, the legendary Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa from 1958, which dominated Le Mans during that era, and has become one of the most precious and exclusive cars in the world! Considering that this model was built […]
This 21st alternate from set 5867 was designed as an exclusive for the 2nd Build-it book. Already built in early 2012, this design has been under wraps for a long time to be finally revealed in Nathanaël Kuipers’ 2nd Build-it book. Of all the other alternates from set 5867, this is probably one of the […]
Alternate number 22nd of LEGO Creator set 5867: a Hot Rod. Earlier on, one of the alternates I built from this set became a Street Rod. Even though it was a nice looking model with an interesting build, it didn’t really had the proper characteristics that Hot Rods are known for. So after revisiting this […]

Jumping-jack girl Lola with several joints of articulation. This model was specifically made for one of my LEGO courses in which kids got the assignment to build their own Jumping-jack figure. Of course I had to design one myself as inspiration and example on how to build one. Because jumping-jack play figures are not so […]
This Viper called Ariel is exclusively made with pieces from Designer set 4888. Vic Vipers are characterised by their rear lateral wings, dual forward prongs, and single dorsal tail.
This funny robot character is an alternate of Designer set 4888. This set has some great parts, but it’s tricky to come up with any good alternates. Luckily it contains a lot of hinges, so I was able to build some articulated droid, called Mr.Y, which fully spelled forms MisterY.
A compact working LEGO Technic Clock with minute and hour hand using Mindstorms NXT. Clocks are intriguing devices, with lots of gears which have to be very precise. Normally gears are specifically made, but when using LEGO parts there are only so many different gears to choose from. To make it accurate, but still small […]
